Alert: Zebra Printer Issue


All,

 

We have identified an update to Windows that is causing issues with the Zebra label printers used in retail, cultivation, and manufacturing.

To correct the issue, computers with Zebra branded printers will be having the update uninstalled.

After the uninstall, a ConnectWise Automate System Message will appear, click No if you don’t want to restart the computer.

 

 

The restart can be delayed, but the Zebra printer won’t work correctly until the computer is restarted.

The restart takes 5-15 minutes to complete.
