What is Harvest’s policy on cloth face coverings?

The CDC updated their recommendation that all Americans wear cloth face coverings in public settings.

The counties of LA and Riverside have also required that employees cover their faces and Harvest has ordered masks for all of our patient-facing employees and expects them to arrive in the coming days. In the interim employees are required to cover their faces with face coverings.

All customers and visitors of Harvest of Venice and Harvest of Palm Springs must wear face coverings over their noses and mouths to provide additional protection for employees and customers and we also encourage our patients and customers to our other California stores to wear a face covering.

At this time, the face coverings need not be medical-grade masks or N95 respirators, but can be fabric coverings, such as scarves and bandana coverings.

Harvest of Venice and Harvest of Palm Springs may refuse admission or service to any individual who fails to wear face coverings as required by this Order.

This new guidance is to prevent the spread of the virus from asymptomatic individuals and not because the risk has increased from being outside your home.
