VPN issues


We are aware of the VPN issues being reported, it was caused by a recent Microsoft update, we have a solution and can deploy it to your system remotely.

To get help please submit a ticket to http://thehotbox.zendesk.com under the VPN category with your device name and an available time so we can solve your issue promptly.

To get your device name right click the windows logo (1) and then click system (2). Your device name will be listed under the “Device specifications” section.
